In the milling process, under high-efficiency and intermittent cutting loads, instantaneous posture of cutter cutter-workpiece engagement are in an unstable state. It is difficult to accurately identify friction wear boundary tooth flank. has become urgent problem be solved life evaluation cutters. The characteristics variation distribution thermal-stress mechanical coupling field flank vibration were studied.
